~steps awkwardly up to the podium, ruffles papers a bit, clears throat~

uh, Hiya there...Boo's the name, thinking of awesome stuff and ideas but never having the patience to put them to paper is my game ;D

As of late, I've been reading a lot of webcomics, mostly LFG, LICD, a softer world,cyanide and happiness, and the random ones on good ol' dev. They usually bring a smile or a thought to my day. So, I have been inspired to (possibly, perhaps, in the right circumstances)start my own Honestly, I'd like to start several, but with my schedule (peanut gallery: HA!!) and my non-diagnosed ADHD (p.g: woo!) it'll be a near miracle.

So, I've got 2 potential ideas, floating around in the ol' noggin, a comedy and a drama (with some humor, of course).

IDEA #1: A comedy, including characters loosely based on my friends and a plot loosely based of my life. Of course, being the creator, I would change some aspects I find not so desirable. It would probably be packed with inside jokes, or jokes that most (sane) people wouldn't get. Most likely in a chibi-esque style, with possible animal appendages to go along with characters personalities (though, not full out fury). They say that you write best about what you know, right?

IDEA #B: A drama, with a plot/concept that is a bit hard to describe because of my lack of deftness with the written/spoken word, so bear with me please. ^-^; "In our world, everyone is born with 2 things, no matter what class, race, location, time they are born in...A true love, awaiting them somewhere out in the world, and a shadow. No one can take that from you, no matter what. When people get down and feel blue and lonely, they look upon their shadow for a source of hope. They know that their shadow is a symbol of someone out there, looking for them, looking to love them. But love isn't always very clear, like a shadow...How would one know that they found their 'shadowmate'? Well, besides a unusually sensation you feel throughout your body when you are with them, if you gaze down at your shadows...they are connected. Some hold hands, other's hold the other in their arms. If your shadows are touching, and you are not...then you have found your shadowmate, and you will forever be happy....but...their are cases, isolated ones, where a person is born without a shadow. They are looked down upon in society. They are pitied, but avoided like they have some disease. Most of these "unblessed" don't live a long life, because the weight of knowing that no one is out there for them is too much. Some are insanely bitter, and even turn to hurting those with shadows out of jealousy. But is it really the truth? Do the ones with no-shadows have no one that loves them?" (phew!) Basically, it would be a collection of different storylines that would follow people through this world, some with shadows, some without. I was kind of inspired by the manga "Invisible". I want some of the short stories to be sweet, others dark...kinda whatever fits my mood, i suppose ^_^; Dunno the style, though...

Well, inputs would be nice...And if I do start this comics...I will probably need a kick in the pants every once in a while to get me motivated...I lose motivation quite easily...>.> So I'm pretty much giving you permission to yell at me!

I don't know if I'll use traditional media, or my tablet...I think I should use my tablet, though...since I really only use it for crappy pieces (SEE: GALLERY) and picture editting, which even that I'm not very good at...
